Application: refers to the applications developed by Les Petits Mandarins to run the Omisia Application Services on mobile phones, including iPhone and Android operating systems.

Contents: refers to all the elements that a User can find on the application.

Services: refers to the services provided to the User by Omisia as described in section "2"

User: Anyone who has used and exploited the application.

These Terms of Use are intended to define the contractual relationship between any User and the company Les Petits Mandarins.
